[Okay, weird. After that bright flash, Minato didn't feel like himself. It could be the wobbly scenery, or his body feeling like a jellyfish, or those weird little men marching down the streets. His eyes are glazed over, though that isn't any different from how he looks. What is different is how he's just wandering in the street, not heeding any cars that could pass by.]
