[Well. It had been a day or two since being rescued from Westport, and Lucas finally felt well enough to return to his daily activities. After the first day of binging, the thought of eating more food had been slightly nauseating, actually. When he's finished with school, he will make a call about something that's been on his mind since returning.]

Ah. Hi, everyone. This is Lucas. Um. First off, I'd like to say thanks to whoever it was that brought us all back. . . . I really don't want to think about what would have happened to us if you hadn't come. I think Vince said your name was Mr. Doctor...

The other thing is, I'd like to talk to the people who were in Westport last year. Did any of you take a look around for more clues . . . ? I guess no hazmats means no clues, and I don't really mind that, but. I know I didn't find anything important. . . . There were a few things, though - Some things that were odd. There wasn't a church or a library. And, Kay, do you remember the television in the house you hid in last year? I went back to the same house, and . . . there wasn't anything there. But I know it was the same. The place where the TV had plugged into, it was missing entirely.

. . . I'm not sure what any of this means, but it might be important to think about.

[Pulls a Frisbee out of her bag.]

Here it is! We throw this around and play catch. It's lots of fun.

We should probably go outside though.

[Lucas will nod, finish chewing his PB and J, then investigate the Frisbee closely as he leads the way back out the door.]

It's a type of discus, right? I've seen something like it before.

[Follows him out the door as she eats her own.]

Probably. We use them to play with. It's lots of fun!

And all you have to do is throw it? Can you show me first?

Sure! See look, you throw it like this.

[She flicks her wrist and sends it flying through the air.]

[Lucas, for some reason, expects it to fly back to her for a moment before realizing that, oh, no, it's going further and further away.....]

Oh, I'll get it!

[And he will jog slowly after it.]

[She'll watch him run after it.]

When you get it, throw it back to me!

[Lucas rears back and throws as hard as he can..... and it wobbles down to land a foot away.]

[Lucas flicks his wrist, whereupon it smashes into a tree and bounces back into his face.]

Owwwww......

[Running over.]

Hey, you okay kid?

Yes, I'm fine. I just wasn't expecting that . . . Sorry.

Nah it's fine. Here you have to throw it like this.

[Picks up the disc and shows him him by flicking her wrist but not throwing it.]

. . . Should I try again, then?

[Lucas will pat himself off a little before standing up more straight again.]

Sure! Try again.

[Hands him the toy.]

Haaaaayah!

[Swish and flick, right? Wait, wrong canon. Nonetheless, the frisbee flies! . . . Right up into the branches of a tree.]

...............Um.

Awesome!

....Okay now we need to get that back.

[Lucas picks up a stick on the ground and heaves it upwards towards the stuck frisbee as hard as he can. .......It doesn't come anywhere near.]

S-Sorry...

I'll get it!

[And she runs forward, using a lower branch to flip herself up on top of it. And she'll just climb the tree and grab the Frisbee from the branches.]
