2-hallucinations ftw!

[Mindy had just been walking down the street, minding her own business. When suddenly she she sees that bright flash of light, and then she freezes, terrified. Not sure what she's seeing. The whole world seems to be wobbling and spinning somehow. And she keeps seeing things out of the corner of her eye. Thanks Lucas.]
