Well the first thing is not to panic and think calmly. I don't really know what's going on and the worst situation I've seen before was a broken arm, but my dad always say never panic even if the situation feels unease.

He always yells and hit me, but he's not a bad dad so his advice seems right to follow. [smiles reassuringly.]
