Ah. Um. H-Hello? This is a telephone, right? . . . You talk into it and other people talk back? Excuse me! Is anyone there? . . . I'm not sure if it's working . . . Well, if anyone's listening, I need to know. What happened after the Dark Dragon came? The world was destroyed, but . . . I didn't think it'd be reborn so quickly. A-Actually, this doesn't look anything like what I thought the new world would be . . . It's not like Tazmily Village at all. I thought . . . I thought after I pulled the Seventh Needle, everything would just, well . . . go back to the way it was before. . . . I guess I was wrong.
Oh, I'm sorry. You probably don't know who's talking. My name is Lucas. You've probably heard of me; I'm the one Porky called out to fight. I hope you've all realized the truth by now. I don't blame anyone except Porky for what happened, but . . . Well, that isn't important. Does anyone know where my dad is? Flint? Or Kumatora, Boney and Duster? I ca -- . . . Huh? What is . . . AH!
No way! Wh -- What's a Happy Box doing here?! After everything we went through . . . Haven't you all learned from your mistakes by now?! This isn't right. I've got to take care of this.
[Moments later at 846 Goldberg Street, a television falls out a second story window and smashes to the ground. This is followed by several wads of dollar bills, a smattering of coins, and a radio.]

It started three years ago. My mom, my twin brother, and I were visiting my grandpa when all the animals in the woods suddenly went wild. This was because Porky had been running experiments . . . to make 'chimeras'. For fun. When we were heading home . . . a Drago attacked us. Mom . . . . . . . . . Um. Mom didn't make it.
M-My brother . . . His name was Claus. He swore revenge on the Drago and went after it. My dad found his shoe, later on, by the Drago's cave . . .
Ah. I'll skip over some of the middle, but in short . . . Porky had invaded. Our town before was always so peaceful, but after he came with his army, everything changed. He convinced everyone that they needed to use Money. To buy more stuff to make them happy. To stare at Happy Boxes all day . . . So all of Tazmily changed. The whole world changed. And just because Porky was bored . . .
That would have been the worst of it if he hadn't decided to go after the Seven Needles. They were what kept the Dark Dragon sealed. It was said that once all seven were pulled, the world would be destroyed. Porky wanted to destroy the world . . . Because he was bored. But only two people could pull them -- Me, and someone we called the Masked Man, who worked for Porky. It was a race. Both ways, the world would be destroyed. But if the Needles were pulled by someone who was really a good person . . . The world would be reborn, instead.
. . . I-In the end . . . The Masked Man was . . . He was Claus. He had been killed and turned into a chimera by Porky . . . B-But we beat him. We stopped Porky; he'll never hurt anyone again. And I . . . I pulled the last Needle . . .
And the Dragon came.
